Records signs an exclusive distribution
deal with Fase 1 Entertainment
exclusively distributed by Fontana/Universal.
Fase 1 Entertainment will handle physical &
digital distribution through Fontana/Universal
for 3sixty5 Records upcoming releases, which includes
Dap Daniel’s debut album “Rawdiculous”,
Abyss’ sophomore album “The Brain
Storm”, K.Wall’s debut album
“Serenity, Courage & Wisdom”
and Mikey Mo’s sophomore album.
John Ferguson, President of Fase 1 Entertainment,
says of the budding partnership, “I look
forward to this being a super fruitful partnership
for the both of us…I am excited about the
potential for 3sixty5 Records and what we can
do together.”

3sixty5 Records was formed in 2004 to release
Abyss’ debut album FROM NOW ON. The label
has released several studio albums, singles and
tons of mixtapes during the past couple of years.
Their current roster includes Mikey Mo “The
MC”, Abyss, Dap Daniel, K.Wall, West Bound,
DJ Daeta, DJ Oh!-D and The Jimi Handtrix Crew.

Records has built its reputation for releasing
quality Hip Hop music and being in the forefront
of the independent game with innovative marketing
strategies.
Fase 1 Entertainment is based in Los Angeles and
was founded by John “JF” Ferguson
and John “JP” Patillo. Upon establishing
Fase 1 Entertainment, the company landed an exclusive
worldwide distribution deal with one of the largest
distributors in the world, Fontana/Universal.
JF & JP have years of experience in developing,
administrating, and selling records. Collectively
they have participated in selling millions of
independent records for such artists as Paperboy,
Coo Coo Cal, Daz Dillinger, Lil Flip, Twista,
Gheto Boys, Master P., Cash Money and many others.
They have always worked with the Majors and the
Indies. JF worked at Tommy Boy Records and JP
worked at Southwest Wholesale, at one time the
largest independent distributor in Texas. This
major/independent mix allowed them to stay in
front of their competitors.
