Raised in the streets of Charlotte, NC, in one of the worst crime infested parts of the city (West Blvd) resides the current voice of the Carolina’s SONNY RICH. Known for being in the streets from his days as a youth, his name rings bells statewide. Through his own experiences and struggles, along with 3 older brothers passing down what they learned in the game kept Sonny 3 steps ahead of his peers at all times and it shows in his music.

After a short stint in the military Sonny returned to the Queen City (Charlotte) to resume his reign as “The Best” that city has to offer and went straight to work, immediately dropping two mixtapes, “85 Wit Da Hard” vol. 1 & vol. 2, shaking up the streets of the Carolinas who had anticipated his return.

With a buzz that is growing daily and a die-hard fan base, Sonny’s swagger and story telling have people eager to hear what this street appointed “Trapman” has cooking in the kitchen next!!!
